Fiber Exhibitions Open May 23

Join us Friday, May 23, for the opening of three new exhibitions featuring internationally recognized artists working in the fiber arts. At 5:30pm, Laura Militzer Bryant will be discussing her exhibition, Crossings, and Sangoyemi Ogunsanya, curator of Practical to Poetic, will be discussing the works presented in that exhibition. The Arts Center of St. Petersburg Receives $1 Million Grant From The Bank of America Charitable Foundation

Bernie Craig, Pinellas County Market President for Bank of America, today presented a $1 million donation from the Bank of America Charitable Foundation to support expansion and redevelopment at The Arts Center. Craig made the presentation at a reception celebrating The Arts Center's plans to break ground on their new facility in September 2008. More >>
